To secure your date and time, please complete the required payment within 24 hours of receiving your payment link. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment is received, and unconfirmed dates and times may be released for other guests to book.

Admission - $15.00 + tax per person ages 3 and up. Children under 3 are free.
The host may pay admission for guests, or guests may pay individually upon arrival.

Food Policy - Outside food, drinks, and cake are allowed. No outside alcohol permitted.

VINES PARTY ROOM - Indoor party room for approximately 50 guests. Minimum of 20 paying guests required. All guests attending must pay $15.00 + tax on the day of your party. Children under 3 are free. A $25.00+ tax non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve. This fee secures your reservation and is not applied toward the cost of your party.

OUTDOOR BIRTHDAY AREA - Includes 3 picnic tables (approximately 18 seats). No booking fee required. All guests attending must pay $15.00 + tax on the day of your party. Children under 3 are free.

Weather, Closure & Rental Policies

Weather & Closure Policy - If Nelson's Pumpkin Patch closes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you. Reservation fees may be refunded or rescheduled.

Vines Party Room - Weather Closure Option - For guests with a birthday party or celebration scheduled: If Nelson's Pumpkin Patch is closed and you still wish to hold your celebration, the Vines Party Room maybe rented for $150.00+ tax for your two-hour time slot. Patch access and attractions are not included when the patch is closed.

Campfire & Grill Rental Policy - Availability is subject to weather conditions, burn restrictions, fire advisories, high winds, and other fire-safety concerns. If we determine that a campfire or grill cannot be safely used, we will notify you as soon as possible. Your campfire or grill rental fee may be refunded or rescheduled.

S'mores Kits - S'mores kits are non-refundable once ordered. If Nelson's Pumpkin Patch closes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your s'mores kits will still be prepared and must be picked up.
